Below you will find our original sales contract

Rock City Kennel/Bullies Sales Agreement

* Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or pickup. If for some reason this is not the case buyer will be notified. If the buyer chooses to receive the puppy in the condition it is in the seller is no longer liable for the condition of the puppy, any medical costs or other responsibilities.

* Buyer is responsible for taking the puppy to a vet with in 3 days of delivery or pickup. Any problems must be brought to seller's attention immediately. If the puppy is found in poor health, we must have a written statement from a licensed vet stating the problem. If we the breeders missed something before the puppy was shipped out/picked up, we will take care of that for the buyer as long as the problem is verified by a licensed vet within the 3 days the buyer is given to get the puppy to a vet after the delivery or pickup.

* If the puppy develops a life threatening genetic illness or condition before the age of 2 years the seller will be notified immediately. The owner of the puppy must provide us with a written statement from a licensed vet containing the diagnosis and prognosis for the puppy. If this illness or condition results in the puppies death or is not treatable, we will replace the puppy with another of the same value, if buyer chooses another puppy of greater value they must pay the difference, if the buyer chooses another of lesser value the price will adjust to the original value of the first puppy purchased and no money will be refunded.

* Shots and deworming, including Heart Worm are the responsibility of the buyer after the puppy is in their possession. All puppies will be wormed and have shots appropriate to their age at the time of the delivery or pickup. If a puppy develops an illness related to lack of shots and/or deworming that is the buyers responsibility and the puppy will not be replaced for any reason.

* Deposits/payments are non-refundable! If the buyer for any reason backs out of a sale no money will be returned, but credited to the buyer to use at a later date. When placing a deposit/payment on a puppy please note that we do not guarantee that any color, or color pattern will be produced in any litter. We do not specialize in any specific color or color pattern. There are exceptions to transferring deposits, they are as followed: If you choose to place a deposit with us and there are not enough of the sex you wanted we will transfer your money to another breeding of your choice, if your puppy dies or becomes ill at any time before you get your puppy we will transfer your money to another puppy or refund your money. All sales are final unless you can prove that there is a genetic fault.

* All puppies must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 7 wks old, if this is not possible you must notify us to set up other arrangements. If you do not follow through with other arrangements made by the time set up in our agreement all money will be transferred and your pick will be put up for sale, if you can finish your payment for the puppy before someone else buys it you have first option of still getting that pup.

* Puppies can be picked up or shipped out at the age of 8wks old if they are paid in full. If shipping is needed buyer will provide the amount needed and we will set up the shipping arrangements needed. A fee of $300.00 covers most shipping, but it may vary depending on size and age of the puppy and airline used. This amount covers create, health cert. and transportation fees.

*Ear cropping may be available. In most cases, we can get your puppies' ears cropped before pick up/delivery. Please, contact us and make this known when the puppy is 5 weeks of age and/or 3 weeks ahead of the puppy's pick up/delivery.

* To make payments we accept Pay Pal, Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Western Union. Please no personal checks. For our mailing info please contact us.

* When putting a deposit down on a puppy please note that picks are set up in order we receive deposits, because of this we recommend sending deposits as soon as possible to ensure your pick will be held, we feel first come first serve is the fairest way to go.

* As the producers of all puppies bred by us we have the right to place a breeder/kennel identifier (“Rock City's” "RCK's", “Walters”, etc.) in front of your puppies' registered name (UKC, ABKC, etc.). This is not to be removed for any reason. ALL DOGS PRODUCED BY ROCK CITY KENNEL/BULLIES WILL HAVE "RCK'S" (or some other acronym/name that represents the breeder/kennel) IN FRONT OF THEIR NAME.

*If the puppy is ever open for resale, we must be notified and given first option at buying the puppy back for a price no more than $1,000 than the original sale price. If the buyer is ever unable to provide good care we should be notified, so we can assist or help in trying to find a new home. If the puppy is ever used illegal purposes, the seller has the right to repossess the puppy without any compensation to the buyer.

Rock City Kennel/Bullies Sales Agreement

(Co-own Male or Female)

* This puppy is co-owned by both of us (Rock City Kennel and the buyer). He/She should not be bred until he/she is mature. Males, at least 13 months, preferably 15-18 months and females no earlier than the 3 rd heat or 18 months, 2 years old preferred. Also, if a male is co-owned I have unlimited stud rights to him unless I am bought out (1), if a female is co-owned we need to agree on the stud that she will be taken to on her 1 st breeding (2). By no means, will she be taken to a faulty or unhealthy stud, the same goes for a co-owned stud. By no means is a co-owned stud to be bred with a sub-par (faulty or unhealthy) female and vice versa..

* Puppies can be picked up or shipped out at the age of 8wks old if they are paid in full. If shipping is needed buyer will provide the amount needed and we will set up the shipping arrangements needed. A fee of $300.00 covers most shipping, but it may vary depending on size and age of the puppy. This amount covers create, health cert. and transportation fees.

* To make payments we accept Pay Pal, Postal Money Orders, and bank transfers. Please no personal checks. For our mailing info please contact us.

* As the producers of all puppies bred by us we have the right to put "RCK's" or “Walters”, “JW” in front of your puppies UKC registered name. This is not to be removed for any reason. ALL DOGS PRODUCED BY ROCK CITY KENNEL/BULLIES WILL HAVE "RCK'S", “JW”, or “Walters” IN FRONT OF THEIR NAME.

1. The 1 st 6 straws of semen (2 breedings) will be collected and sent to me per the buyer's expense. Any other semen collected/sent to me will be paid for by me. In the case that I am bought out after the puppy has already been purchased and sent to the new buyer, I will only be owed the 6 straws of semen for 2 breedings and will relinquish my unlimited breeding access/permissions.2.
I and the buyer must agree on a stud for the female on her 1 st breeding. The female is not to bred earlier than her 3 rd heat, and we must decide on the stud before the breeding is accomplished. The female cannot be bred to any other stud other than the stud agreed. If the breeding is successful, I am owed the 1 st pick of the litter.

* Your puppy has a fault (kinked tail). He should not be bred and should be neutered/spayed between the age of 6-12 months. His UKC registration will be held to assure that there will not be any paper hanging (falsified breedings). Other than the kinked tail there are no other visible genetic faults at this time.

* Puppies can be picked up or shipped out at the age of 8wks old if they are paid in full. If shipping is needed buyer will provide the amount needed and we will set up the shipping arrangements needed. A fee of $300.00 covers most shipping, but it may vary depending on size and age of the puppy. This amount covers create, health cert. and transportation fees.
